Communities
The Governmental Action Plan to Counter Older Adults Mistreatment 2017-2022 contains several measures intended specifically for older adults from cultural communities, particularly to raise awareness of mistreatment, but also to adapt support services to their various realities.
It is in this context that several cultural community organizations have collaborated with the Secrétariat aux Aînés to create pamphlets, available in Italian, Greek, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese and Chinese. We invite you to click on the flyers below and distribute them in your various networks, as well as to learn about community organizations that can help older adults in each of these communities.
